- Don’t go to bed with a full stomach. Dinner at least 3 hours before lying down.
- Don’t overeat.
- Chew properly at least 32 times.

- Do not drink excessive water.
- Don’t consume excessive amount of raw food/salad.
- Don’t drink water at the beginning or at the end of the food.
- Concentrate only on your food when you eat.
- Avoid junk food.
- Avoid milk and milk products.
- Avoid fermented food.
- Avoid stale food.
- Eat fresh and warm food
- Don’t perform any heavy exercise immediately after a meal.
- Avoid night awakening.
- Avoid sleeping in the daytime, especially after lunch.
- Quit smoking.
- Avoid frequent intake of tea/coffee or other carbonated drinks.
- Exercise regularly in the morning.
- Sweet dishes should be small and at the beginning.Don’t take sweet dishes at the end of your meal.
- Do not suppress your natural urges.
- Avoid heavy and untimely food.
- Avoid food containing an excess amount of garlic, salt, oil, chilies, etc. very often.
- Avoid lying down immediately after food and in a supine position. The best recommended position is left lateral.
- Do not remain Thirsty and Hungry for a long time. Avoid fast.
- Avoid tight fitting belts and clothing that restrict movement of the abdomen.
- Avoid working in front of a hot oven and general overexposure to sun and heat.
- Curd should be strictly avoided.
- Avoid mental stress & worries. Avoid “Hurry Worry And Curry”
- Practice Yoga (Vajrasana, Bhujangasana, Salabhasana) and Pranayama (Bhastrika Pranayama, Shitali Pranayama and Shitkari Pranayama)
